This is a bright, recently refreshed apartment in a side by side duplex. This unit is on the right side and is located at 1345 Main Street.  The left side of the duplex is owner occupied. This is a non-smoking duplex. Cats are allowed, but not dogs.  The property also has a single family home on it. There are two off street parking spaces for this apartment in a driveway, located in the rear, shared with the other residents on the property.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The Main Street apartment is on Route 16 of the LCTA bus system.  This is a great starter apartment for a couple or a single person who wants an office space.  If you want to make an appointment to see the apartment in person, please respond to the Craig's List posting.  Please leave your contact information (name, phone, and email), along with a good time to return your call.

A lease and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at lease signing.  An renter application is required, but there is no fee to apply.  Prospective tenants will be screened, so references are required on the application.  A credit/background screening will be conducted for qualified applicants.  The renter's information will be registered with Jenkins Township as required.

Amenities
Sewer fees, trash permits, lawn care, and snow removal are included.  The apartment has 5 rooms and 1 bathroom.  The bathroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms on the first floor. The 2 bedrooms are on the second floor.  The kitchen has a side by side refrigerator and electric stove.  A washer and dryer are located in the basement.  The main heat is provided by propane, forced hot air furnace.  There are electric baseboard heating units that can also be used.  Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are located on each floor.

The Township recycles, and a recycling bin, as well as a trash bin are provided with the trash permit.

Utilities not included with rent are water, propane gas, and electricity.

It is not drawn to scale, but will show you where the rooms are located, and the number of windows and doors.  It will also show you the location of the two porches the apartment has. The apartment has about 1000 square feet of inside space.

The Kitchen

Looking into the kitchen and through the dining and living rooms to the front entryway.  The kitchen, rear foyer, and bathroom have a new vinyl floor.

There is more counter and cabinet space on the other wall, which includes the sink.  The side wall shows one of the two kitchen windows.  There is a ceiling fan in the kitchen.

The Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower surround and newly installed shower door. Storage space is also available in the wall to the left of the tub.


Both the tub and toilet support an avocado green retro look.  The bathroom has white bead board and vinyl tile flooring.  The retro tub is in good condition.

There is a medicine cabinet behind the mirror, and cabinet space below the sink.  A small window is also on the outer wall of the bathroom.

Dining Room
The dining room is in the middle of the first floor and contains the stairway to the second floor, and the entrance to the laundry facilities.



There is a single window in the dining room, and a central light fixture.

Living Room\
The living room has a ceiling fan, and front door leading to a shared porch.  There are two windows in the living room.

The Stairway
 The stairway leads up to the two bedrooms. The front bedroom is straight ahead, and the back bedroom is to the left.
