Sewer fees and trash permits are included in the rent.  The lawn care and snow removal are provided.  The house has 4 rooms, 2 up and 2 down, equipped with a new washer and dryer, new refrigerator, and gas stove.  There are smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on each floor, and a carbon monoxide detector in the basement and second floor. 

The Township recycles, and a recycling bin, as well as a trash bin are provided along with the annual the trash permit. Annual sewer fees are also included.

Utilities not included with rent are water, propane gas heat, and electric, phone, or cable.
